I have an old Specialized that I bought new in '92. Beautiful blue / green. But for some reason whenever I rode it, my hands would go to asleep. So I stopped riding and put it away. Still has the original tires with all of the little spines sticking out, though they have long since rotted out. But all new other than that. Probably doesn't have 10 miles on it. Outdated technology now.

Too much of your weight on your palms - cuts off circulation. It was either a bike fit / posture issue, or sad to say, a core strength issue. I still have that numb hand problem sometimes.

My wife and I trimmed tall Caragana hedges, probably 200’ of it, from both sides, on a ladder. Thank gawd for cordless trimmers! A ton of raking and cleaning, filled up 8 tall Ace hardware yard waste bags and two garbage cans. 80 degrees here for a week - we are roasted.
