I’m dreading this job. How do you get tools in there on those lines?

Maybe I should price new lines and cut them off, how bad can they be?

I remember considering replacing the return line on my 2000 when it was leaking at the reservoir, then I decided against that after seeing the price. I cut the end off, re-clamped with an oetiker clamp, and all is well.
Also made sure to upgrade to the 2005+ P2 style reservoir. SOO much better looking, and it doesn't swell up like the old ones do.

Drilled, unfortunately.

Edit: if I were racing I would have picked slotted rotors but this is just a street car.

I noticed the broken right rear door handle mount on the '04 XC90 seems to have finished breaking off, though the handle part that came off is actually intact.

Super glue can work if it not highly stress repair joint.

Do you know of something that would prevent it from sliding back any more than a few inches? That's what mine is doing. Something stuck in the track?
