Still pretty uncommon and still sought after!
People seem to sell them for $150 on fleabay. Is that a reasonable price?

Not sure. It sounds like the whole thing needs to be removed to examine the tracks.

Around here where we get dirty rain, the sunroof would be stuck with dirt in the tracks.

Well, I attempted to search for an amp draw in the '97 T5 that was potentially pulling my 1-year-old battery down in about 4 days...

That's a 0.30mA draw ... or basically nothing. Even pulled fuses to see if anything changes...nope.

When running, it's charging at about 13.75-14.0V, and holds that with lights/fans/etc.

Are you sure that’s scaling right?

300 mA is about 5x normal and that would be about right for the battery drain you experience

The meter is set on mA. It read "300.0"on the "uA" setting and didn't even register on the "A" setting, which goes down to 3 decimal places, which would be 0.0003A, so it seems to be right. Also there was no change in the reading when any of the fuses were pulled.

I thought the same thing at first, but 300mA would read 0.3A.

Agreed, but draw from radio and EFZu should be in the 10-30 mA regime , at least

Btw, the Greenlee might be the only brand VOM you can get still made inUS last I checked.

Yeah, I was expecting more, but the uA and mA probe circuits are both different from the A one, so I didn't figure all would be bad.

I'm in the lab today, and have access to another VOM, so I'll check it again here this morning.

OK, well after I replaced the dead fuse in the lab's Fluke meter, I saw a 167mA draw.

Culprit was the crowd favorite glovebox light. Removing fuse #15 dropped the draw to 35mA.

Looks like the fuses in my Greenlee are borked.
