Oh, that's a privacy/security setting in your browser. These days they come stock with settings on high. That's simply disallowing the loading of the Facebook framework that allows that video to play, just like it disallows any 3rd party framework to do anything.
By enabling it you're probably allowing FB tracking. FYI.
