Head was pulled two times. This time I am done for good, if something happens I am getting a new engine.

I have observed thr cylinder walls before and could not find any visible cracks.

180-190psi is a very healthy cylinder pressure.

I personally would not put anything back together until I fully understand what I did wrong the last time and how I would do it differently this time.

We did what we could with what we had, I mean we can't do anything more than this.

Anyway, after driving the car for say 150km, I would say it feels sluggish. I am suspecting a few things. The famous ETM(cause mine is magnetti marelli), the timing on the VVT hub is not perfectly set, the polishing of the cylinder head leading to a reduction in low end power(this was always a risk), maybe pushing it further up in the RPM range. Or me fiddling with the programming of the car to unlock the 140hp to 170 by removing the pedal map limiter where I had personally modified it to open the throttle plate earlier than before, something which the original 170hp version does not do.
Or the transmission, I do feel like it constantly wants to be in a higher gear for a lower RPM and a lot of times just as I press the gas pedal, it was about to shift up, and me pressing the gas pedal causes it to shift down, leading to slight hesitation.

This calls for a VIDA investigation, but since I do not have a DICE, I will use my custom tool to tap into the ECU.

Where’s LTFT sitting ? STFT doesn’t tell you much other than comparing idle and 2500 rpm

LTFT? It's sitting at 0% or 0.78% sometimes, which is the weird part. I have P0420 codes, likely because of the unburnt excess oil that contaminated the cat(Not sure if this "killed" it or not). I am also thinking it may have affected the O2 sensors as well.

STFT goes up to +20 for a split moment but only sometimes as high as that, and in other times goes as you can see to -16% but more often to -10 and +10. I have noticed it doing it differently. Sometimes slamming the accelerator gives me -10% so the mixture was too rich, sometimes the opposite happens, the mixture was lean and I get +10. Other times completely letting off the gas gives me a super rich mixture so I get a -10 immediately, other times it's less than that.

Car sometimes idles at 830 rpm, whereas the standard for my current and previous volvo was 750. I tried spraying starter fluid around the intake system to find potential vacuum leaks but nothing happened to the RPMs. While the car is idling in Park at 830RPM(820-830), the STFT sits at nice -1 or +1 at worst. Giving the car some gas fixes the idle back to 750rpm.
