Update: Had a good haul last weekend and got some slightly dented panels in the correct color.
Noticed a new problem that wasn't present before. The electrical door lock system is acting strange.
Inside the vehicle, the lock button will unlock all doors but will not lock them, no sound from the motors or anything.
Outside the vehicle I can unlock/lock the driver door. If i cycle the unlock with the key a second time it unlocks all doors then instantly locks them all back. Quite strange, I feel this may be because of the replacement passenger door. May have to remove the locking mechanism and examine it. Of course an easier test may be to just unplug that door and see if the problem goes away.

Went to the junkyard yesterday. Found the only 3 850s in the tri-county area. 40 junkyards and only 3 available. These are getting scarce in DFW, better steer clear.
Whole there I was able to get a dashboard from a 1994 that's only 50% covered in cracks. I didn't realize the 94 wiring harness connector was different from the 1996. Probably easier to swap them then to attempt re-pinning.
I finally get to try my hand at dashboard fiberglass repair.
