The date thing I've deduced is because of caching. Something, somewhere is showing you a cached page. There are 3 main places it can be happening. Server, the network (a chain of servers your request/response may traverse between you and the MVS server), or the browser.
I'm wary of getting too into this now because a different server MVS home is imminent.

Have we been on the new server for awhile, or just transfered recently? I haven't noticed any problems, but I also haven't had much time to check the website daily, or multiple times a day, like I was.

The date caching is gone since the change over, thank you! I tried to load an image and received an Http Error message. It does show it started the upload. The name of image is there, delete also but no place inline feature.
