I recently spotted two more beautiful Volvos which my car posed with for a picture. First, a black P2 V70R which, according to a bystanding family member, is lovingly cared for. Then, a purple 960 sedan owned by a really nice Volvo fan whom I got to chat with. I haven't seen a purple Volvo for probably a decade or more so that was a real treat.

While in NC, I spotted this ultra rare Volvo pickup truck. And you thought the 80's VW Rabbit was the only European car-sized truck.

With practical 1x6 rails! All very professional (except for the bizarre robot headlights). Wonder what that rear window came out of.

Look closely and you'll see the rear window is the original wagon tailgate. The two silver things above the b pillar are the original tailgate hinges. Probably still have the classic broken wiring. The owner sourced another tailgate for the actual tailgate. Looks like black plexiglass rear door windows. Quite a comprehensive job.
