Post the return label address here and we can look it up and find out who FCP is using, or if they have their own stealth center in TX.
Here is the return address label

I ordered a few simple things a couple weeks ago and it was eight (8) days from CT to DE. Not the first time I've been disappointed by FCP shipping.
I’ve noticed the pattern here, on the $50 free ship route

If it’s in stock FCP ships right away , even on economy. If it’s drop shipped, it can take the full 10 days.
Nothing exotic in the box, and seemed to have been put on the 'outbound' shelf within a couple days of placing the order. The FedEx tracking page said something about a sloppy label that had to be replaced. Other than that, it just took its merry time getting here from Milford.

I tried to order a new OEM trunk lid seal for an old BMW from FCP. It was on back order with "No ETA" on re-stock. Sometimes you see supply quirks with older BMWs. Found it in stock at another supplier for $10 less, but I sent it to my son so sales tax canceled that out.

I generally like to stick with FCP or Ipd when I can.

Dove into the No-Boost issue on the T5, disassembled the left side of the engine bay, all the while wondering how I could afford a new turbo control valve in my present circumstances. I was so distracted by the Worry Video going on in my head it took a while to spot this:

The spare clamp was conveniently stored lower on the pipe:
