Here's the latest family wagon. We got it this summer and drove it from California to Wyoming. It was a joy to drive and performed beautifully. On the way I stopped at the Bonneville Salt Flats. The family wasn't going to let me wring out the new SUV though. Drat.

While in Wyoming (Yellowstone) there we frequent breaks throughout the day.The breaks were not for the car.

It made the 3,007 mile round trip with a total 63 hours of driving and touring and didn't skip a beat. The car drove wonderfully and was supremely comfortable the whole way.

So we are a 2 Volvo family now. The other one is a red V70 T5.
My commuter is a Honda S2000, but that picture doesn't belong here.

Purchased my baby for a mere $700 with a few problems, but I'm thinking that my motor may be blown now....let's hope that my uncle has good news for me and that not all is lost, although I am preparing for the worst and planning on swapping motors.

1997 Volvo 960, bought on EBay 2/09 with 148,000 miles. Today she has 171,000. I am the third owner. Car has been a permanent resident of the state of Georgia since new.
