Well, you'll for sure know how dirty it is. It being white and all. :)

They do make a nice improvement, that's for sure.

I’m looking at that bar. How does that stiffen the body with a huge moment arm of torque on a relatively thin rod? Am I missing something?

I don't think it's meant to stiffen the body. I believe it links the subframe to the body frame, that's it.

What I know for sure is that it was 21 pounds when I got it all caked with 20+ years of dirt and now it weighs in at 18 lbs. Makes me wonder how much dirt my car is carrying around

These are pretty beefy, I was surprised when I pulled the one I have for my car. I still need to put it on, but it certainly won't look that nice! A quick pressure washing is all I did.

I notice yanga001 mentioned keeping the plugs from an NA for his T5. Volvo has different plugs for NA and Turbo engines due to the different running requirements of each engine.

More of a diagonal strut brace but underneath maybe.

I thought the $300 sounded pretty high, too. However, the cap and rotors are pretty expensive even through Rockauto, plus I believe stuff tends to be more expensive in Canada.
