Here is my new to me '05 XC70 that we have already put 2500+ miles on since the beginning of the month.

It's been awhile.

Polished the year of haze out of the neglected hood yesterday and tried out that synwax FCP sells.
after a day of rain im loving how good it is, no waterspots at all. Anyways, these are from today.

Here's my '96 850 Turbo. I refinished the wheels recently. The grill is de-badged and I added sidemarkers. 230k miles.

Looks like a pretty clean car, congrats!
What did you do to your calipers, are they brand new or is that paint or chrome & how long ago did you treat them?

Thanks! Duplicolor caliper paint black, the calipers need to be clean clean clean before you paint. Did those few months ago. If you can do them while you're changing the brakes, you can get the rotors too. I didn't do that though, so... maybe another weekend.

I couldn't tell the black in your pic, with the reflections it just looked somewhat metallic shiny to me, I don't actually see any need for paint to have the calipers funny colored, the zinc look in new was good enough for me if it just stayed like new ;-) A simple silver/black/anthracite is probably what I'll go for too at the next brake job, I just outright hate the current rust & dirt look!
