Turbo Control Valve noise

Hello and greetings from Finland !

I have problem with my OLD and NEW TC valve. It makes weird noise if i start car and allmost immediately shut it down my NEW TCV start makes same sound like this video ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBjTT9g-w-E but if it's running longer maybe 1 minute no rattling noise. I have iCarsoft VOL V3.0 and there u can pick ACTUATIONTEST to TCV and it start make same rattling noise. I tested OLD and NEW both make same sound. I had to change my TCV cause old leaked and gives ECM-6805 error code.
