2001 v70 2.4t part identification

Can someone tell me what this is?

Round thing next to turbo charge pipe inlet with the rag stuffed in it. Was connected to a small tube that had rusted and broke free. Got the car at auction and just started digging around the engine compartment

vacuum diaphram for the turbo wastegate actuation. Gotta replace that if its broke or leaking.

Having a hell of a time finding a direct replacement. They don’t seem to sell a direct part. Any idea if any others will work? There are several that appear to be the same, but 16t, ect. Don’t know much about turbos and not looking to tune or anything. Just looking for one that will bolt on and work like stock.

you need the numbers from the plate on the turbo.
