2011 xc70 crank position sensor location
2011 xc70 crank position sensor location
I have a crank - no start - no tachometer movement in my car. General google search doesn't lead me to the exact location. Could someone please help with a parts blowup or picture of the sensor location? Thanks

I am going to assume that you have a 3.2 or 3.0T
Here is the sensor (Its directly below the serpentine belt at the front of the Engine near the Transmission)

I can't see it in the picture I took when I changed to overdrive pulley (this is for my LR2 3.2 but my S80 3.2 is identical)

It there under the radiator hose (with the Gray Latch near the center of the picture)
You may have to remove it from under the engine.
Good luck
Note: this sensor is not know to fail but if your Brake Booster Vacuum Pump is leaking oil on to it it may have cause problems.
Let us know what you find out.
Good Luck
