98 v70, horn works intermittently

Post by CIK7 »

Unabke to find another post with this. Went through first 2 pages to look for it. So The horn only works in certain spots and even those spots are kinda 'eh'. Don't like not having a horn. Someone told me it could be the clock spring. Is that the case?

With that randomness if it is repeatable when turning the steering wheel it is likely. Does the horn work ok when held in the same position when it does work? If so it is likely the clock spring.

If it is not repeatable, then it may actually be the horns themselves.
