I need to identify which is the fuse (it's numbered 73 in Haynes) controls the rear 12v volt outlet

From the wiring diagram I have, which should be good for your 2001 V70, the front and rear 12V outlets are supplied by fuse 13 in the left side, front dash, passenger compartment fuse location, it should be a 20 amp fuse. For the cargo area, the12V outlet power should be supplied by fuse 7 in the left rear REM area fuse location, it should be a 15 amp fuse.
