96 855 no voltage on cam plug and other places.. Topic is solved

Any electrical geniuses here?
Did some meassuring once again
No spark problem also no CEL on dash when ignition is on (bulb maybe burnt) and no power on A26 and A27 on ecu pins but got 12v on A12 when ignition is on

Blue wire on ignition coil 12v drops to 10 when cranking (should be waayyy Lower apparently)
Red wire on ignition coil 12v as it should
And i get no voltage on b11 on the ecu pin while cranking (should be 3-4v)

From engine harness Pin 1 on CAM sensor is 0 ohms (as it should)
Pin 2 on cam sensor 0 (should be 5v)
Pin 3 on cam sensor 12v (as it should)

Being a Euro spec car, does it have an immobiliser and chipped key in 96?

The immobilizer is long gone (bypassed) and should not cause these issues either..the car would start and then die not cut spark just fuel

Main fuel injection relay(grey one) on fan shroud?
Not having lambda light with ignition in posII along with all other lights means that ecu have no power.

Fuse no.1 ok?
