2008 XC70 2.4 D5 D5244T4 Diesel Runaway

Hi,

I just bought 2008 XC70 2.4 D5 (D5244T4) automatic transmission 380000km and i am afraid diesel runaway.

1- Is this car can make runaway?
2- Is throttle body and swirl flap can prevent runaway (because of normally closed)?
3- Is this car has any other runaway preventation system?
4- Overall engine is in good condition but there are small amount of oil in the intake hoses, throttle body etc. Should I be worried?
5- What should I do to avoid this problem?
