Mystery Part - Evap Related?

Poking around the other day at the crusty vacuum lines coming of my 2006 V70's intake manifold (2.4 non turbo) I found a suspect one that led to a device bolted to the radiator support just above the radiator...This angle is looking towards the rear of the radiator from just above the engine.



I've been slowly working on my persistent P0442 (EVAP Control System Leak Detected Small Leak) issue and think a leak in this hose might be the cause.

Also, where does everyone source the tiny rubber elbows that fit on the hard plastic vacuum lines that control the flap in the airbox? I suppose I should grab all the ones I find at the junkyard but having a source for new would be great.

I don't know of a new source for these rubber elbows, but you can also find them on Mercedes cars.

Google Volvo 9155862, about $8.95. It may fit.
Or use standard vacuum hose, this is what I have been doing for years.

PS: Do NOT use the vacuum elbows from local auto parts stores (OReilly, Autozone etc.), these
are made in China and will crumble in 6 months, don't ask me how I know lol...
Use only Volvo.

Or standard vacuum hoses made by Gates or any brand from the USA.
