Vide Dice comunicattion problem

I did write another message on the C70 forum, I'm having a problem with the fuel not getting to the engine. I have the feeling is the pump, but before taking the whole car apart I wanted to have the last check with the Dice Vida. I got the Vida on a USB on win10, everything (almost everything) seems to be OK but the Dice will not communicate with the car. I'm adding couple of pictures of the problem, if someone please have the same problem or how to fix it I will GREATLY appreciate it. I did use the VXDiag to connect

Broken J2534 implementation? It's the best guess I got.
