Internet Connection Required / Flickering / Windows 10 Needs Repair

I redid my PC with a new drive, so, I moved (PCTrans) 44 applications to the new drive, and only two has issues, which includes VIDA.

1a. In the old system exported the VM to an OVA file.

1b. In the new system, imported the OVA file.
- VIDA monitor icon would not change to green; it was flashing green / orange continuously.
- When finally opened from "All in one" icon, I first got a blank "No internet connection".
- I closed and reopen the Virtualbox (VIDA 2014D), it went into the Windows needed repair.

2a. In the old system, manually copied the VMs .

2b. In the new system, added the XVBOX file.
- After opening with "All In One", the screen looked okay, but then started flickering intermittently. When the flickering frequency lowered, I logged in and the interface opened to select the car's profile, then, it brought up the need to repair Windows 10 (Guest). In the Advances Options, Windows was not able to repair the issue.

So, I have Windows (Guest) flickering issues in both importing the OVA and adding the VM (".xvbox).
I don't have this issue in my other Windows 10 (Guest) VM.

I switched to the original Windows 10 disk, booted. Every other VM works except the VIDA 2014D that flickers.
In the new Windows 10, the VIDA 2014D would boot asking to repair Windows 10 guest, which is unrepairable with the options.
