2007 XC70:Best fasteners to use for the bottom of bumper and wheel wells...

Greetings all.
I worked on my XC70 last fall and didn't get to putting it back together before winter came around. Now I have the bumper back o and the plastic wheel well covers in place but I can't recall what type of fasteners were holding the bumper in place at the bottom. What would they be or what would you suggest or use?
I seem to recall for the wheel wells that there were rivets of some sorts. Am I right? If so I must have drilled them out.
So, same thing here, what do you suggest I use there..?

I have a 2004 XC70, and they're all rivets. Zip ties can work in a pinch, and I have more than a few of them in full time use
