They are, but you wil will need a donor door panel to remove the wood panel piece.. They are attached using starlock push on washer, simple cut the washer and the wood panel piece comes off. You can get new starlock from Amazon.
However, given the wood trim is common, I would just replace the panel we the donor panel. Some S60 came with charcoal or silver trim, so finding donor door panel with that trim is much more difficult and switching the trim panel is worth it.
