Does the fuse blow by just turning on the ignition or when you actually crank the starter?

Think crank the starter. Sometimes had to replace fuse twice. Sometimes after few cranks. Often first thing in the morning.
Thanks, Darryl

You will need a good wiring diagram to sort out heat that fuse does. Be aware the P2 chassis transitioned during the 2001-2004 years so posts about other model years May or may not apply

After lengthy testing, fuse blown right after turning on ignition or as soon as I turn key on. See head lights briefly on right after turning the key on first click. Not after cranking the engine. Also as soon I put new fuse in it blown. Sigh

Just when turn ignition on it just went on for about one or two secs then off even though lights switch already turned off.

I would check the ignition coil wiring under the engine cover.
