2002 S60 - P1500 Error- CAN Data Bus ABS Loss of Signal - Brake Failure Lights, ABS, Traction, and Brake Lights On

Hey Guys!

Long time user of this forum could could not find a post anywhere with my issue with my 2002 Volvo S60.

Have the constant ABS, Brake, and Traction Lights On as well as the "Brake Failure - Stop Safely" warning light.

Mechanically, brakes seem to run fine and am convinced it's electrical.

What I have done to troubleshoot and replaced so far?

-Replaced my DIM
-Checked with Multimeter for blown fuses (None)
-Checked Speed Sensors (Front Tires) and No issues there.
-ABS/BCM as well, cleared codes, still same issue.

Based upon feedback in other forums I was convinced the BCM was the culprit and got a refurbished one online for no code install, yet the error codes have not changed.

At a loss here, wondering if any of you guys have experienced this?? If so, would love to hear if there is anything I am missing to troubleshoot and how you were able to resolve.
