2000 V40 - Electrical issue

I have a 2000 v40. The problem is that I recently installed an aftermarket stereo which worked fine. Yesterday it stopped working (won't turn on at all), my trip odometer and dash clock get reset each time I start the car, the cabin dome lights do not come on, and the dash light saying a door is open stays on although I've made sure all the doors are shut. Any ideas what the problem might be?
