Manual Trans 191k miles. Sat for a few months. Whenever I start the car the rpms run high for a few seconds and the car has an eerie slapping sound and then about 10 seconds after it is started the car idles and runs fine until I shut it off and restart.
I did change plugs, ignition coils, tcv. Did an oil change and all of the filters. Belts look good, no CEL. The sound still remains. Not sure what to look at next. Any ideas?
