Lost power function to drivers seat. tested the motors individually and they all work. Swapped out CEM and the new CEM was not recognized by car so I could not start car and it did not fix my seat controls with new CEM so I went back to old CEM. Tested power to the wiring and it works as well. Constant 12v at the seat Replaced controls with used control board and it did not work. Bought new seat control board and it also does not work.
Any ideas.

All of these parts are supposed to be cross compatible but I don't think they are working. Is there another step I need to take to fix. My obd scanner thinks the board is not compatible with my car but Volvo says it is
