2008 C30 Key Fob issues

Ok so I have one key for my car. Fob starts the car and manual key unlocks the door. Issue is that when I manually unlock the door the alarm goes off. Key fob buttons don't work and I just replaced the battery. Best thing that I have figured out so far is to manually lock the doors and leave trunk unlocked. Anyone know quick way to fix or re pair the Fob with the car. I so have an info light in dash that says alarm service required

Most possible solution is new key.
Most likely your original key lost synchronization to CEM. It is common issue for 2008-2009 P1 platform.
