Help Identifying This Part!!

Working on this Volvo 2004 XC70 and found this part broken. I think it's part of the EVAP system, but I can't find any part that looks remotely like it! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Search forum for vacuum pump.

Just a small crack, if it still works, just leave it alone.

Use a zip-tie around it and pull it tight.

See above. That’s important. When it flies apart you either have no brake vacuum assist or you burn out the pump , which is expensive
