01 v70xc Part I.D. help

Hey guys, forgive me if it's obvious but I'm having trouble identifying this part. It appears to be a valve of some kind with vacuum lines running to it. It has part number 3511721 printed on it, but I can't seem to find any reference to it anywhere.

My '01 v70xc was idling terribly and I tracked it down to a vacuum leak on one of the connections to this piece. The vacuum inlet itself has come apart from the rest of the piece, as you can see there's a valve or something inside where the vacuum line connects.

Any insight or clarification would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Interesting, that on the drawing it is listed as part #23, but then is not listed in the parts listing below?

It's a Booster Vacuum Ejector, part of the vacuum system for the brake servo
