TPMS Replacement Tips 07 V70

Greetings All,
I'm ready to replace all TPMS on my 07 V70. Any advice on choosing a shop to install them? What about "calibration" and "re-learning"? Is this real? Can any reputable tire shop do the job? Is VIDA software required? Given that I have the sensors (IPD) how much should i expect to pay the shop to replace them? Thanks for any tips! 07 V70 120K
