While i am on a roll, I need an effective code reader for my S70
I currently have a Foxwell NT301 which doesn't pick up codes for my 99 S70. I will have a CEL and get no codes. I borrow my friends innova and i get a read on the code. I need to get one suitable for this car. Also I would like to keep the price down. I can rent a high end one from several local shops, so I dont need to go big. Just something that is good for codes and basic diag. is there a good reader anyone can recommend based upon personal experience? any to avoid?

I use an iCarSoft V2.0 from Amazon on my P2s and previously on P1s. Can’t speak to if it works on your vintage of Volvo.
