Placed an order on their website a week ago for a downpipe, 'cause my factory original bit the dust and I can't drive until I get a replacement (WAY too loud!). Thought it'd be nice to pair together their DP with their catback I already have. Only problem is; I haven't heard a peep from them since I placed the order. They aren't answering their phone, they're not replying to their INFO@ or SALES@ email addresses. The order on their website shows a status of 'On Hold', and I have no idea what that means - and no one is making themselves available to answer my question.
Luckily I work from home so I don't have to drive every day but this is seriously frustrating. I'm running out of groceries!
If anyone knows any information that could help, please let me know.

I've never had a problem the 5 or so times I've ordered from them. As far as I know, it's a one man show over there, so sometimes stuff gets somewhat delayed, but usually I've never had to wait more than a week or so. Did it show the downpipe was in stock when you ordered it?

It didn't show either way. I was expecting a "this item is backordered" message if it was out of stock, but I went through the process of checking out, selecting payment type & shipping method, so it felt like everything was normal. Only after I finalized the order did I check it and see the 'On Hold' status, which I figured was normal since I placed the order on a Saturday and someone would be in the office on Monday to process the weekend orders. But no communication has happened since.

Final note; I got an automated email that the order had been shipped on the 27th and just got the delivery today (30th). No replies to the emails I sent, but I do have the downpipe. So now I get to perform the simple install on a 18 year old car. How hard could THAT be?!
