Hi hi! So I've had a '13 XC90 for about 6 months now, and knew that it needed a new blower motor (excessive vibration/noise at top 3 fan levels). I replaced it and figured I'd replace the cabin air filter while I was at it. 3 days before this, my partner took the car to a car wash (which we've done many many times) and we noticed the next day it smelled musty in the car, and the passenger floor mat was damp. When I cracked open the cabin air filter box, maybe a quart worth of water came out. Was not expecting that haha.
Being that I know the water got there from a car wash, I'm assuming the sunroof drain hoses are clogged, no biggie. Unless there's a different way water would have gotten into the cabin filter box? Did a bit of online sleuthing and will blast some air out the condenser drain hose on the driver's side. What other drains or potential sources should I be looking at cleaning out to prevent more water from getting into the air system?
