Replaced my tensioner because of this rattle, but with the new tensioner it still happens occasionally.
Alternator was recently rebuilt, idler pulley isn't siezed but isn't exactly free spinning. One finger can manage to turn it but it won't keep on moving. Is it just this idler, maybe a belt, or do I have other things to look into?
Also how can I upload a video?

It's on the longer belt with the new routing. Is there a way for an old belt to cause this or is it definitely related to one of the pulleys?
