S60R Swapped XC70 does not spin front axles... Tons of troubleshooting later, I need help to get this to the Gambler 500

This has been a journey, so I condensed it into the bullet points below. I really appreciate any insight from the community members who know more about these cars than I do.

- Bought ’06 XC70. Lifted a bunch, put it on 32” wheels and tires from a Jeep Rubicon. Wheeled it for months and had a great time.
- NOTE: XC70 was very well maintained by the PO. S60R was very poorly maintained by the PO swapped S60R engine, M66 trans, and
angle gear from a donor ’05 into my ’06 XC70
- Made custom front axles “franken-axles” using previous gen S60R inner and OEM ’06 XC70 outer.
- Had car on quick jacks to do maintenance. Noticed only rear wheels were spinning when clutch was unloaded
- Removed front franken-axles and installed the OEM inners from the S60R. Turned car on, all axles spinning.
- Checked codes. Only relevant one was “DEM-000B: Oil Pressure. Incorrect Value”
- Possible causes: Damaged temperature sensor, Damaged AOC unit (mechanic clutch), Oil leakage, Damaged Differential Electronic Module (DEM)
- Purchased AOC filter and oil kit
- Replaced AOC filter, cleaned out pump filter (looked brand new before cleaning), refilled oil
- Installed drivers side franken-axle
- Turned car back on, rear wheels and front drivers axle spinning fine. S60R inner on passenger side spinning. Tried to grab it and apply force to stop its rotation, would not stop
- Installed franken-axle on passenger side. Took the attached video
- NOTE: Brakes were never applied in this video. Clutch was let out 3 times, the last time it was left out for a few seconds.
- My first idea is to do a fluid flush on the angle gear, or some type of preventative maintenance that the PO probably did not do, but IDK what the root cause could be here.

Thanks for any and all help!
