Radiator Fan inoperative for A/C 2008 XC70

Engine fan is not running when A/C is on. It does come on and off for coolant. So A/C gets too hot and doesn't cool.

Any idea where the relay would be to activate? Is it temp controlled or on all the time when A/C on? Is there a fuse for it?

I'm having a similar problem with my 2009 S80. There are two fans. The larger right fan will occasionally come on when engine idling at high temps (radiator cooling). Smaller left fan never comes on (AC Cooling?). No fans when AC is on and parked -- so AC stays hot.

I'm looking for a way to troubleshoot this issue.
