Problem XC90 2011 - Intermitent not starting

Hi gents.

I was wondering If you can help me with my intermittent no crank no start issue with my 2011 XC90, 2.4 diesel.

The message displayed on dash is: Start Prevented Try Again

I've check the battery health, swapped starter relay, checked connection to starter motor and still couldn't find the problem.

Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't whatever I do.
I only have a key for this vehicle.
