interior trim - what are these?

Post by tommylg23 »

1997 V90

I looked in the Owners Manual and did a web search to no avail.
So, what are these trim pieces.
It appears to be a hole for a screw and and another hole for what?

Thanks, Tommy

This looks like the cover plate for when roof grab handles are not installed. 240 Volvos had them. Since these cars where built for left or right hand drive, they had provisions for left or right hand grab handles.
Over time they got cooked by heat and crumbled.
