2012 S60 T5 battery replacement

My son called from school and said his battery was dead. I am going to get a replacement battery. I looked online and found some for use w/o premium radio and some for use w/ premium radio. I think he may have the premium radio, but I am unsure. What is the difference? And will it cause any damage to use either battery?
