PEM interchange, '04, 05 05 v70 n/a

I suspect the PEM as a culprit in my fuel problems. I have two '04 parts cars with what seemed to be good fuel systems until timing beet blew. I have searched this forum and obtained what seem to be varying answers. My short question is, will an '04 PEM interchange with an '05
2004 V70
1964 Plymouth Convert (small block)
1967 Dodge Coronet (big block)

It is a resounding yes...

I have played with so many PEMs on 04 V70, 05 XC90, 06 S60, 07 S60 etc.

Although the PNs are different, they work just fine, no issues.
I posted info in forum.
I'd pick a later part, if given the choice, the one PN ending with ___225.
2004 V70 2.5T 100K+
2005 XC90 2.5T 110K+

Thanks. In my search I saw several posts that they were, but also a few that they were not.

Please send the links where ppl say they are not interchangeable.

I just want to learn...
