2003 V70 2.4T p2188 trouble code

I'm getting a p2188 trouble code on my 2003 V70. I have replaced all the injectors and the coil packs and the plugs and the maf sensor and the upper O2 sensor I'm still getting a 2188 trouble code.

Clean the throttle body and if still an issue smoke test the system of air leaks from loose, broken or cracked hoses.

Lean mixture is universally air leak.
You just did a very expensive tuneup for nothing.
