I removed the seat and all carpeting 6 weeks ago to let everything dry after finding 2 inches of water in the front and back passenger side. (North American Volvo).
I can't recall if there was this loose connector prior to taking the seat out. I can't see where it can or would go...
Red and brown heavy gauge wires...seat heating elements..?
2007 XC70..what is this loose connector under the seat?

Can you find the other end to plug into? Test voltage pressing the seat heater button.
