Hard to start+rough idle+gas smell volvo s70 t5

I was on a traffic light today and I heard a somewhat loud pop. After some minutes the λ light came and I saw smoke from the exhaust. I stopped the car and pulled vol fcr that said. Efi 155 injector 5. Tried to start the car and it took some time. Very rough idle with gas smell. Anyone has ever experienced it. Thanks

Inspect the induction path, all the hoses from air cleaner to turbo, and then from turbo to intercooler and back to manifold. If any hose clamp or hose pops off the car will barely run, and put out lots of smoke and smell

Went to the mechanic. It was bad wiring. I checked the wiring myself I didn't see any cut wire. The wires are starting to get a bit crumbly tho. I used electrical tape to tie them up and isolated a spiced wire (lpg) and it seems that it got fixed. Prolly looking on making my own harness this summer. Is this something doable?

Are you saying the wire to injector 5 was bad?
