head swap compatibility 07 XC70

Have an 07 XC70 (B5254T2, miles 205k) that needs valve work due to PCV banjo bolt failure.
I can source locally a head from 06 R (B5254T4, miles 130k, valve job done at 80k).

Is the 06 R head a direct bolt on for the 07 XC70 LPT engine?

options i am considering
(1) swap a couple valves from the R head into the XC70 head (would get machine shop to replace the valve stem seals too)?
(2) get machine shop to replace the valve stem seals in the R head and use that one
(3) keep looking for valves somewhere else, for the XC70 head

I don't have a price on the R head but he says he'll let it go for cheap.

What would you do, any opinions/knowledge?

Are the R valves the same size as the XC70. Different power outputs so the R may have larger valves. As to if the R head will work I don't have any idea.

Same valves.
