Hard to refuel

2025.5 xc60 208000 miles, owned for 6 months, almost impossible to refuel, pump auto-shuts off after 2 seconds of fuel, repeat for several minutes until full (or you think it is, or your about to go insane) no amount of handle manipulation helps, checked canister filter, fine. Charcoal canister flogged? (No codes are being thrown). The filler tube from opening to tank looks very small to my untrained eye, but obviously it must’ve worked OK when new….so thoughts?

I don't know which engine you have but for the 3.2 I would check here
