98 S70 OD2 code P0133, O2 Sensor slow response

This is a 'new to me' 98 S70. My OBD2 reader says it will be borderline emissions passing. Will the P0133, O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response fail me at emissions testing? The car runs great.

Will replacing the O2 sensor fix this problem, or could it be something else easy that I can repair myself?

Does this code point to which O2 sensor it is?

NEVER MIND THIS (edited) one more note: My A/C green light blinks orange for 20 seconds, just like the manual says when there is an A/C fault. "Could" these two things have anything in common? Should I start by replacing the A/C System High Pressure Switch?

ADDITION: I picked up the Bosch universal 4 wire O2 sensor today. This is the sensor that goes before the CAT, correct? Any tricks to splicing this up?

Probably not related at all....sorry.
The front one goes before the back one (typically). You are replacing the right one but I hope you have better luck with the universal sensor than others have had...some have continued to get codes until they replaced that one with the direct fit (non-universal) Bosch made for your car.
