Engine Error from License plate lights

I have the original number plate lights, despite this, I get ENGINE ERROR from time to time, AS IN THE PICTURE, ONLY AFTER clicking the ECM module AND ERASE ECM does the engine error disappear, but after a dozen or so starts of the car it reappears, how do I permanently remove it, the bulbs work correctly, they are original. I will add that in the INITIAL STATE tab it appears constantly and does not disappear, maybe this is the cause???please help
